Integrity and Quality are not only standards for paid work. They also shape how iQ HomeFix thinks about contribution, responsibility and practical care beyond the home.

Before iQ HomeFix became a formal brand, its founder, Chien-Chih Wang, had already taken part in charitable and community efforts connected to healthcare, emergency support and the Taiwanese community in the UK. These experiences continue to shape the way the business approaches service: with care, discipline and respect for people.

Chien-Chih took part in a charity abseil at St Thomas’ Hospital, supporting fundraising for Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity. The challenge reflected a simple principle: contribution should be practical, personal and connected to the community being served.

Following the abseil challenge, Chien-Chih also took on the London Marathon in support of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity. The commitment reflects the same values behind iQ HomeFix: discipline, resilience and a willingness to contribute beyond the immediate task.

During the COVID-19 period, Chien-Chih provided practical support at St George’s Hospital, helping with oxygen-related tasks during a time of significant clinical pressure. This experience reinforced the value of calm action, responsibility and useful work when support is needed most.

A quiet standard of responsibility

For iQ HomeFix, community work is not a separate message. It is part of the same standard: do useful work, take responsibility and leave people, homes and communities in a better position than before.
